These Terms of Use govern your use of NutSort Magic. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Personal entertainment license

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NutSort on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the App Store usage rules.

2. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the app's operation, attempt unauthorized access to services, exploit errors to obtain benefits, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or copy and redistribute protected artwork, audio, code, or branding.

3. Game progress and virtual items

Progress, nuts, tools, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed features within the app. They have no cash value, are not transferable property, and may be adjusted when reasonably needed for balance, security, legal compliance, or service reliability.

4. Advertising and optional rewards

The app may show app-open and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional. A displayed reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports that the required viewing event was completed. Availability depends on consent, connection, region, inventory, and configuration.

5. Purchases

Any digital purchase offered in the app must be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices and availability are displayed before confirmation. Refunds and billing questions are handled under Apple's policies. Do not treat a store illustration or disabled control as confirmation that a product is available.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue app features. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local game data, Firebase analytics and diagnostics, Remote Config, advertising, consent choices, retention, and contact options.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
