Privacy Policy
Your play stays yours.
Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026
This policy explains how NutSort Magic ("NutSort," "we," or "the app") handles information when you use the iPhone game. NutSort does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, or health information.
1. Information stored on your device
The app stores puzzle progress, unlocked and completed levels, nut balance, tool counts, rewarded-campaign status, and sound, music, and haptic preferences in local app storage. This information is used to preserve game state and settings. It remains on your device until you reset the app's data or remove the app.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app performs and which features are useful. Events can include app opens, viewed screens, level starts and completions, move counts, tool use, recovery purchases made with in-game nuts, welcome rewards, Remote Config activation, and ad request or outcome events. We do not intentionally include your name, email address, exact board contents, or free-form text in these events.
Firebase may process app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, general region derived from network information, and interaction data as described in Firebase privacy and security documentation.
3. Crash and reliability diagnostics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and selected non-fatal diagnostic information. Reports may include an app-instance identifier, app version, device model, operating-system version, crash stack trace, and bounded game context such as current level, move count, and nut balance. This information is used only to diagnose reliability and performance problems.
4. Remote configuration
Firebase Remote Config supplies non-executable settings such as reward amounts, recovery cost, ad availability and pacing, and current support and legal links. It may use an app-instance identifier and device or app information to deliver and measure configuration values. Remote Config cannot read your local game board or personal files.
5. Advertising and consent
NutSort uses Google Mobile Ads for app-open, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device and app information, IP-derived approximate location, advertising identifiers when available and permitted, consent choices, fraud-prevention signals, and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the displayed in-game benefit only after the ad provider confirms completion.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents consent choices. A Privacy Choices option appears in the app's Settings when Google indicates it is required. NutSort does not request App Tracking Transparency permission unless a future release activates behavior that requires it.

6. Purchases
If in-app purchases become available, Apple processes payment and purchase history under your Apple account. NutSort does not receive your complete payment-card details. Store availability shown in the app does not itself indicate that a purchase has been completed.
7. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate analytics, crash diagnostics, remote configuration, advertising, consent, and Apple purchase processing. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
8. Retention and deletion
Local game data is deleted when you erase the app's data or uninstall the app. Google retains Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, consent, and advertising information according to the applicable service settings and policies. Because NutSort has no user account, we cannot locate local device data by name or email. You may contact us with a privacy or deletion question; include your app version and platform, but do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
9. Children
NutSort is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising and consent behavior follows the configuration and age-rating declarations selected for the distributed app. Contact us if you believe personal information was provided in error.
10. Security and international processing
We use platform protections and reputable service providers, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the app or its public support pages as appropriate.
12. Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to abhi.shingala19@gmail.com. You can also use the NutSort support page.
